How long is UT taking to ship right now?

Already posted a UT ticket question... but I'm getting anxious because we ordered tickets on sunday and some are reporting shipping notifications for their tickets being sent out, with free shipping, and we haven't heard anything from UT and don't want to accidentally throw out tickets with our ads, although we are checking very carefully.

This lack of communication is making me very uneasy, although I do understand it is a very busy time. But ten days will be approaching soon, and our FP+ selection time is coming soon as well.

I ordered on Sunday also and haven't heard anything but I'm not at all concerned. I've ordered from them a few times before without incident, I know they were slammed with orders that day.

I ordered my tickets on Sunday as well and have not received my tickets. I believe for free shipping they advertise 7-10 days. Personally, I am not concerned. I have ordered tickets from them in the past and never had a problem. The tickets usually come in a white or tan plain envelope. I do believe if a customer does not receive their tickets, there is a way to get them replace but you would have to go to guest services after you arrive at Disney. Not sure exactly how this works. You can always give them a call.

All my tickets have come in 5 1/2 X 8 1/2 plastic envelopes. Never a problem.

I ordered tickets on 2/22 (Friday) and just got the email this morning (2/28) that they were being shipped out. My guess is you will get the notification on Monday. They did actually provide a tracking ID (sent out first class), and I used free shipping.

This (Saturday) is only the 6th day, so it's still very early. Don't sweat UT. They are very reliable. I also ordered tickets on Sunday, as did a LOT of other people. The tickets will come.
