How long is too long to be sick?

I haven't had a chance to read all of the responses but I just wanted to see if you little guy was ok.

My dd had the rotovirus about 5 years ago and ended up in the hospital due to dehydration. It comes on fast and it is a nasty bug.

I hope your little one is better soon. Please let us know.

This is going around, I heard from my son's nurse that this is a 5 to 7 day bug.

I posted a seperate post. He was totally dehydrated, dried to the bone. He ended up in the hospital for 3 days... thanks for all the advice.
