Not to play devil's advocate but we went Saturday late afternoon (yes, we are semi local) and didnt think it was too bad. We started at Mexico around 5pm and worked our way around the world showcase. Some of the lines looked long but we didnt wait more than 5-10 minutes for anything. Like a previous poster said...there is a limited menu at each booth so they get people in and out pretty quickly. Aside from a few people who had obviously imbibed waaay too much (like the guy my husband and son sleeping standing up at the urinal in America) everyone was in a festive mood and well behaved. 
In case you are interested we really enjoyed the lamb chop with potato salad from Australia and the jerk chicken with mango salsa from the caribbean booth was delicious!
