Has anyone ever timed out the trip around the Lagoon? Or the trip from MK to Epcot or Epcot to MK? Just curious. Thanks!

This past Oct the monorail seemed to be breaking down alot

I was curious about the time from TTC to Epcot, I'm not a fan of the monorail, but DH wants to take the loop through Epcot at night on our first night......

The trip around the resort loop can take a while depending on the number of people leaving and boarding at each resort.

Personally, I love the TTC to Epcot ride and we usually try and wait to ride in front when possible. Something about riding through epcot is just wonderful and says "we are at Disney" to me. IIRC its about 15 minutes in the monorial not counting waits - which are longer if you are willing to wait for the front.

A couple transportation CM's post on the transportation board so you may get more details if you try this post over on transportation.

I was happily surprised at the monorail effiencency between Epcot and MK when we were there last week. We were standing in the middle of Epcot when I said "let's go now"--we (family of 5) walked to the entrance, hopped on the monorail to TTC, hopped the second monorail to MK, went through security and passed through the ticket gates, all within 30 minutes. Not too shabby! Of course, it was a low crowd week. The Epcot-MK ride itself is probably 10 minutes. The best part is the loop you take around Epcot (but you only do that as you are coming from MK to Epcot).
