I'm going April 22-25 and it looks like the only day Aladin has show times is on Sunday the 22nd. With DL having those special hours, I'm thinking we should try to hit a show time before 4:00.....At any rate, I just wanted to get an idea of how long the show is so I can figure out what time I'm going to see it. From what I've read, I should try to get in line about a half hour before the show starts?

Nominally 40 minutes, but sometimes it goes a couple minutes longer. 30 minutes early is a good idea. Most people prefer the mezzanine section. There are three lines outside for the different sections, so you need to decide your section before you get into the building.

The closest one is down by the hollywood back lot - there are no restrooms in the theatre itself.

If you get a prefered seating voucher for this do you still have to line up 30 minutes before?

My understanding is that with preferred seating it's even more important to get there early because they only allow so many of those with them in per show. And the show is usually about 45 minutes from my experience.

We had preferred seating last year and stood in the direct sun for about 40 minutes and the CM told us that they limit the PS/show but did not say how many. What I do not understand why people run and push for seats? Also two people were booted during the show for taking flash pictures, but absolutely a must see show.

You can have food in line, so we sometimes pick up lunch(or ice cream) and head to the show 20-30 minutes early. You can sit on the ground in line.

This is a great tip...thanks so much. My kids are 2 and 4 so I'll make sure they go b/4 we get in line.

Speaking about seating, what section is best or does it not really matter?

The conventional recommendation is the mezzanine section in the center.

I prefer the first row of rear orchestra, and with kids that age, I think they'll get the most out of the show from that area.

I have a question. I am a 34 year old woman. Going solo. Is this show recommended for me? I like aladdin. Is the show worth it?

It is hard for me to imagine anyone, young or old, solo or in a group, not liking this show. Yes, it is definitely worth it.
