Milesource used to be pretty good about sending rewards in a timely fashion. Then, about a year ago, they switched from Giftcertificates.com to GiveAnything.com as their GC provider and things went downhill quickly.
I think that they are trying to get things back in order. I recently was given back the points for a GC that I ordered back in May. The points were pro-rated so that they reflect the point increase for prize redemptions. I cashed those points in about 2 weeks ago (after having problems; Milesource ended up doing it for me). The gift certificate code came in Friday's email and I redeemed it today for a Target GC. Now, we'll see how long it takes.
I get the impression that they really got messed up by GiveAnything.com and are just now getting things back in order. I'm hopeful that they are going to turn it around.
If you are still waiting for a redemption from their GiveAnything days, I strongly suggest writing to them thru their site. From the homepage, click on the "Help" tab on the top, far right. Click on "Contact Member Services". A new window will open up and you will need to enter your username and password. Click on "Add New Support Request". Use the dropdown menu to choose your subject and send an email regarding your missing redemption. I had a lot of luck going thru this link to resolve my problems. Good Luck.
