How long has ROFR been running?

Anyone know how long the ROFR process has been running recently? Has is been the full 30 days? Please share if you have recently been ROFD'd or have passed.

I think it is random and depends on your contract. People that submitted after me passed before me. Some people have heard in two weeks. I had to wait the full 30 days. Good Luck!

I believe they meet Mon & Thurs. The waiting time is a good time to pickle your liver! Only kidding, but it seems like forever

we submitted our resale contract to Disney for their ROFR process on december 28.....and we found out on january 10 that we had passed

so our wait time was 13 or 14 days. although - even then - the waiting's not over! tomorrow will be 3 weeks since we passed ROFR and we're still waiting to close on our deal. title company says it should be this week....THEN, it will take approximately 10 MORE days for us to get into Disney's system before we can make our first reservations....

i'm sure that anyone that's purchased resale will tell you the same thing....the waiting is definitely the hardest part!

Ours took 21 days to hear back that we passed. Now it's another 4-5 weeks before we close and get into the system. That will seem like forever too! Good luck!

My latest ROFR spanned a year! submitted 12/29/2005 and passed on 01/13/2006, oh wait, that's like 15 days, I have had others take 20-25 days.
