How long from start to finish?

How long is typical from making the offer, having it accepted by seller, when it goes to Rofr, and then closing before I can actually make a reservation?
If I make an offer on one I'm looking at, is it too soon to try to get an early June ressie? Is there even any availability now for June or is it sold out?

If the saler is out-of-country then maybe a little longer.

80 days or so. Some are faster, some are slower. Availability will depend on when you stay, where you stay, type of room, and how long you stay. Some resorts/rooms are booked. Some are available. But in 10 weeks from now, who knows...

As it will take probably 2-3 months to close and be able to book an early June reservation is probably not likely. ROFR has generally been running close to 30 days and estoppel has been taking longer than usual so receiving closing docs after passing ROFR seems to be taking 3 weeks based on other people's posts. As it is March 12 already I would guess you wouldn't have a member # and be able to book until at least the end of May or beginning of June unless you are extremely lucky (or Disney speeds up their process for handling resales)
Our timeline was 71 days from offer to having our member # and points loaded (69 days from sending ROFR) but that was prior to the current slow down (people have attributed it to Poly sales but no one really knows for sure)

My offer was accepted January 5 and I am now waiting to get the deed recorded. The title company tells me another 10-15 days after that for member services to issue my member number and whatever else they do. So at this point, I am just hoping to get set up by the end of March. I would say probably 80 - 90 days for us from acceptance to making a reservation.
