How long from MK gate to O'Hana's

I am trying to determine whether or not it is feasible to do dinner at O'Hana's when doing a marathon day at MK. We need to be back to MK for 7:30 for Sprectromagic. I am really trying to pack a lot into this day from EE to Wishes.

How long will it take us to take the monorail from the MK entrance over to the Poly and if its a different time period for going back let me know that too so I just don't assume its the same.

It should take no longer than 5 minutes each way as long as there isn't huge lines waiting.

In my experience, it tends to be slightly longer to the Poly from MK, as you stop first at CR, then TTC, then Poly. On the way back, you leave the Poly, stop at GF, then MK. Less stops = less time!!

We took the boat from MK to Ohana and it took maybe 15 minutes. But there was also a long line for the monerail and no one at the boat dock.

I do think it would be quicker on the monerail as it drops you off right where you need to be for dinner at Ohana.
