The one caveat about your plan is that it's a popular one.
As has been the case with the last three new WDW resorts (VGF, PVB, and CCV) lot of owners are buying smaller contracts with the intention of staying exclusively in studios. Adventure and Choice seasons cover all of Fall Frenzy - Oct to mid-Jan, which is high
DVC season due to the low point costs.
Compounding the studio availability challenge is the fact that point heavy cabins at CCV (ironically, the often dropped initial in the official acronym CCVC) are a disproportionate representation of he resort’s point totals. Those cabin points are sold in smaller parcels to studio-bound buyers. As the resort approaches sold out, further pressure on availability will especially be felt by owners of contracts that are bound to Adventure/Choice studios due to their contract point totals.
Have you considered buying a fixed week? That would not only shield you from this pressure, but could protect you from a potential reallocation. It comes at a cost (10% more points and no incentives), but
for a studio, it may be worth considering.
