How long for SuperCert from Milesource?

I ordered a SuperCertificate from Milesource on 8/1, and have not yet received an e-mail from them. How long does it normally take to get an e-mail from them with the code for the SuperCert? This is my second time ordering one, and it seems like the first time I ordered one, it came much quicker. Help?
