How long for Chef's Counter at Napa Rose?

We need to make babysitting arrangements for our night at the Napa Rose. How long does dinner take at the Chef's Counter? We want to make sure we allow plenty of time to savor the experience.

There are two Chef's Counter seatings--5:30 and 8:30 p.m. I would assume you would be taking earlier seating so max. 3 hours like Malcon indicated. Depending on what you decide to order it could take less--but the whole idea is to savor the experience.

DH and I have done the 5:30pm seating a few times and both times our perfectly paced meal has us leaving the Counter at about 8:15pm. Enjoy!
