How long for 1900 Park Fare b'fast?

Is the earliest they seat 8am? If you show up a few minutes early can you be seated then? And how long to allow to eat and see the characters? We need to leave no later than 9am (it's the day we fly out). Oh, and we're staying at the GF.

I think if you got a seating at 8am you should be done by 9am- even if you're waiting for certain characters. We have eaten there for breakfast several times and we've never taken over an hour to eat and see all the characters. They say they go through the room each hour but it seemed like every 30min to us.

We had an 8am there last november, we didn't actually get seated until about 8:20 because of the number of people waiting in front of us. Once seated it took almost exactly an hour to get through all the characters and breakfast. I would look to arrive early, there were people in line at the door at 7:45 when we arrived and they said the first person there was in line at 7:15.

We did exactly what you're needing last Dec. I waited at the door (the big doors are closed until 8:00) at about 7:50 while DW and DD wandered the lobby. I was either the first or second checked in, with the place being 1/4 to half full until at least 8:30. We were able to eat in relative peace without worrying about missing the characters (they started coming out after about 10 minutes). We saw everyone by 8:30 and were stuffed by 8:45.

The key for you will be calling bell services to get your bags before you go for breakfast (call ahead and schedule for them to get your bags at 7:30). Have bell services stow your bags while you have breakfast, and they'll have them out within 5 minutes after breakfast.
