How Long Does Joann's Take To Ship?

I ordered something on the 22nd, and it still hasn't arrived. Is this normal?

I placed an order on August 24th and I received it in the mail today! The three times that I have ordered from them, I have only received an order confirmation and not a shipping one.

They won't do anything to follow up until 10 business days. BTDT. You can track your order from their site to see if it's shipped and where it is. They can be painfully slow, but since it's free, I don't complain (much! )
