How long does it take...

To park, get on the tram, get on the monorail or on the boat, get to the Kingdom, get inside the park and get to Cindys castle for a 9:30 breakfast??

I need to know how much time to allow. TIA!

It depends on parking opening time. You may be early enough not to need the tram, just walk (which is about 5 minutes). Allow extra time. We were late to Cindi's as the monorails were in a holding pattern for almost 10 minutes. I would allow 30 minutes from the parking lot as there is no guarantee the monorail/boat is standing and waiting for you.

TY I was allowing an hour from leaving my hotel which is about 5 minutes from Disney to the Castle. I guess that would be plenty

An hour would be plenty. I was thinking about 30 minutes from parking lot entry to the park to be safe myself.

Before reading the other answers I thought it out and figured 40 minutes, so I guess I am close to the other estimates. That is considering you may have to wait for a tram or a monorail and/or ferry boat.
