How long does it take to recieve your reservation confirmation in the mail???

I made a ressie for the Yatch Club and AKL. We decided to spilt our stay between them. Anyways, I made the ressie on the 16th and thus so far have only got the confirmation from the Yacht Club and not the AKL. Shoud I be worried?

If I remember correctly, it took about 10 days for us to get our confirmation. If you don't get it in another week or so, give them a call.

I made a booking on November 12 and just got the confirmation last night. Right hotel, all the names mixed up.
