How long does it take to have someone reply to your e-mail???

How long does it take anyway? I sent an e-mail on Aug. 25th to Guest Relations.

Sent two copies of the e-mail to the pres and vp of DisneyWorld Resort.

How long does it take for someone to reply???? I feel like I WDW doens't care at all about my bad experience and I am very angry about it. Everyone I have spoken with can't believe what happened to me. I can't believe I havent' had anyone at all reply.

The one time I sent an e-mail to Disney it was something like 6 weeks before someone called me at home about it. I had to pause for a moment to think what it was I wrote about. And the call was just to tell me they read my e-mail and someone would be in contact soon. About 2 weeks after that I got to have a conversation about the matter.

Do they have that many complaints or just hardly anyone working in this dept?
