How long does it take to get TIW card?

My check cleared my bank on Sept 1st and I still don't have the card. We still have 2 weeks before we got but curious if the card takes a long time?

we usually just get one in the parks but we need it for our late arrival night dinner....hey thats $20-30 right there.

I've never ordered one over the phone so I can't help with that. I did want to say that if it doesn't arrive in time you should just go to Guest Services and explain the situation. I usually purchase my TIW at Guest Services and it only takes a couple of minutes. They should have no problem looking up your purchase and providing you with the card.
