How long does it take to get our new member packet

We just got email confirmation yesterday that our resale purchase transfer has been completed by Disney. We have been told that it takes 7-10 days to receive our member number in the mail. Anyone know if that is about the right timeline? Every other step of this process has gone quicker than expected, with the exception of ROFR which took the full 30 days.

Any thoughts?

Mine took exactly one week. Maybe less...I don't check the mail every day. I got lucky though. I called member services the next day after the email and they gave my number over the phone.
 
I remember getting in less than a week, time I would assume depends on how busy there are.
 
I am thinking about calling to see if they will give it to me, but I've heard that they will no longer give it to you over the phone.

Disney likes to delay resale buyers by dragging out ROFR and now mailing you your account info.

Not the Mouse that we knew in the past.

I bought my first contract june last year. I read on here they would give it to me by ss number on the phone but the first CM wouldn't. I called back and they gave me my member number from the contract number. I think it depends on who you get on the other end of the phone. I just noticed Sunday my second contract was showing on my account but no points. I called and spoke to a very nice cast member that told me it was going to take 2 days to see the points. 4 hours later the points were in my account. Go figure.

Points are added to your account by a different CM. Two days is probably the standard answer given not knowing that your contract was at the top of the pile.

Almost like once she pulled up my account and saw that I bought via resale that she wouldn't give me my number. Oh well, I'll give up a couple more days for the thousands I saved buying resale!

Totally depends on the CM. I got mine over the phone just last week.
