how long does it take to get approved for disney visa?

I applied last wed and it still says my app is under review. Is this a nice way to say im declined?

I had received several mailers from Disney Visa stating that I was pre-approved. On 2-14-04, I called the toll free number to apply. I received my Visa card in the mail exactly two weeks later (2-28-04). I guess if you are pre-approved it takes about 2 weeks. If you are not, it could take the full 4 weeks as stated.

I applied on Monday (02/23), was told that the process could take 4 weeks, called back on Wednesday (02/25) and was told that I was approved, asked if my cards be expedited or overnighted and they said that my cards would be received by 03/02 (today - my letter carrier has not yet arrived).

So, it appears that the process varied greatly, but at least you have my turnaround schedule.

Call this number 1-888-338-2586.. it will ask for you SS#. From here you will have an automated message as to the status. From here (if you are approved) hit 0 to talk to an advisor. Tell them to FedEx it ASAP. I had my card 6 days from the day I applied! The number for applying does not have the most up to date status of your application.

I applied last Thursday and called back on Saturday and was approved. The message says I should receive my cards in 10 business days. That's fine for me, since I'm looking for room-only codes for after July 4th.

I applied last Monday or Tuesday I don't remember and was approved Thursday night. I don't know anymore information than that.... I do know that I am eligible for the 7 for 4 package...

ROFL - whatever you do, do NOT dial 1-800-338-2586 (note the '800' as opposed to '888').

I applied online 2/22 and received my cards on 3/1. Obviously they were very quick. I then confirmed and put down my deposit on a reservation I had previously held.

I applied on a Sunday and received my card 8 days later (8 regular days, not business days) without fedex or anything. I guess they were ready for me to get it going.

we have a good credit rating and dh is in the six figures...so




oh well, there are many other ways to spend our money!!!!!
