I made a reservation this morning and the CM said I would receive an email confirmation and haven't received it yet. How long does this usually take?

I got mine about 2 days after i booked. It's slow to arrive so i wouldn't worry. As long as you can pull up the reservation online, everything's OK.

For my families prevoius vacations to WDW it has varied. For our August 2007 stay at the Contemporary it took like 3 days because we kept getting Cast Members who did not know it could be e-mailed, until we spoke to one that knew what to do. For our December 2007 reservation at the Polynesian we got it 24 hours later and for our Contemporary stay this August, we got it 30 minutes later after switching from the Grand Floridian.

I modified a reservation on Sunday and still have not gotten that email confirmation.....and TWO CM told me they would send it because I called back to add a room request and the second girl told me she would send it also.....

Okay - so now after reading this I go to Disneyworld.com to check on my modified reservation that I was told would have the same confirmation number and it STILL has the message that my reservation has been cancelled!! THATS why I called CRO back the second time (and the room request)......she said she sees it in the system. So why cant I?!

Same here. I need to check online to see if it has changed,.,,,

I made reservations about 2 weeks ago and still nothing? :confused3

I was told that as long as it's in the system, you've got nothing to worry about. :thumbsup2

The longest I've had to wait was about 12 hours. That was the day that the AP rates for December came out, and they had major computer issues. Usually it only takes an hour or two.

OK here's something weird?

I just got my AP's today :woohoo: and I ordered those about 12 days after I made my reservations. :confused3

No confirmation email or letter yet. They do have me on file and on their online system too.

I wonder if I should call and ask for a hard copy just in case?

For all but one trip, I NEVER received an email confirmation. But for my last trip, something was wrong with their system and I received like 20 confirmations, in one day.

I made reservations today around 10:00-10:30am and received the e-mail confirmations around 11:00-11:30am. I'm so excited :yay:

I emailed Disney since I didn't receive my email confirmation. I noticed a couple days ago that the "receive promotions, etc" box was not checked nor was any of the info in there from when I initially requested the video. Every time I tried to update it, I got brought back to the same screen. Same thing when I was trying to make a payment - it kept reverting to the initial screen. here is the email I got this afternoon

I just realized after I posted that the response in the email applied to "the favorites" which actually isn't even where I was having a problem. ....hmmm

I made a new reservation (using the 40% off code) about 3 weeks ago and recieved an email confirmation within 30 mins.

Today I called to change that reservation (bumped up to club level) and again received my email confirmation within 30 mins.

Must be some pixie dust coming my way because both CMs I spoke with were very friendly, chatty, helpful:goodvibes
