How long does it take to do US with Express Pass?

OK, here's a tough question.

2 adults and no kids. We have a one day park hopper. And, we purchased Express Passes for US only.

We'd like to go to the parks early and do IOA until the lines get long (maybe Spider-Man, Hulk, Jurassic Park, Dueling Dragons) and then have an early lunch and move over to US to do almost everything there (not Nick or Woody-land).

What do you think of this plan? Do you think we can do it all at US between 12:30 and 8:00 p.m. with Express Passes in hand?

Yes, for the most part. With express, you won't wait more than 15 minutes on any attraction. We usually wait no more than 5, but when it's busy, it may last till 15.
