We "sold" 150 points through the Timeshare Store. The sale was initiated April 15, 2005. So, it's been about 10 weeks. It has gone through FROF and papers are currently in buyers hands. Does this seem like a long time or am I just imagining things?

BTW- We bought two separate DVC point allowances through Timeshare Store and were pleased with their service. They have explained that we're just waiting on the buyer.

I hope this isn't a bad sign.......

This is taking too much time. I bought 270 pts thru Jaki at the beginning of May, and am waiting for Disney to put the points into my account, which I am hoping will happen by Friday. I am done, except for that. Your buyers sound like they either don't have the money, or are having second thoughts. :sad2:

We started a purchase with TSS May 21st, have paid the seller, and are just waiting for the deed to come back.

I sent my paperwork back next day air both times, so that may account for a week, but it does seem like 10 weeks is a little long.

I'll be happy to check on it for you! Please PM me with your full name, the buyer's name and what you purchased.

Thanks, Tom. I sent you a PM.

We actually purchased these two packages a few years ago. I just wanted people to know that we were familiar with your company and have been very pleased with your services. I don't think this situation is indicative of the Timeshare Store. I would certainly purchase/sell through your company again.

I was curious of others' closing times. I didn't remember it taking that long when we made our purchase.
