How long does it take to check in?

Unless there is virtually no one in the drive-thru check-in lines, we park in the overflow lot and I walk in the check-in building.

Long story short, check-in takes as long as it takes. (Yogi Berra-ism here) There is no predicting, and there is no one answer that is correct.

I have been very unimpressed with the checkin lines inside the building lately. i don't know if it's the GC rental, or I'm there at the wrong time, or there are just lots of people now going inside, but the wait has been longer for whatever reason I'm in line...mail, check out early, question, or whatever. And what's with switching the consierge and checkin stations? Is there a reason for that? Maybe just griping because it's a cold and rainy day here.

I haven't been there since November so,,,, where's the concierge desk? It used to be the first one to the right when you entered from the parking lot.
