To prevent bots from posting spam links. You cannot PM or post links until you've reached 10 posts outside of the DVC rental board.

Can I request some assistance? I was trying to PM someone about a DVC rental and realized I'm unable to initiate any private conversations at all. I believe I have adequate time and post count, so I'm not sure what's up. I think I've done it once or twice before, so I'm not sure why I can't do it anymore.
