How long does it take points to be added

to your credit card? Anyone know?

I usually just don't even pay attention but I made a rather large purchase and am hoping to use the points to purchase something on my list asap.

On mine I think it only tallies and adds them at the close of the billing cycle.

Are you talking about a Disney Visa? I know for that one, your points are available the day your statement closes. I think that's generally true for most rewards cards.

No, not for Disney, but still Chase. This was an Amazon Visa card.

I have the Amazon Visa. It's definitely not until after your statement closes, which is a couple of days after the day when your payment is due.
