I cancelled a reservation with DCL last week Monday and asked for my deposit to be credited back to my credit card. It's been over a week and nothing has been credited yet. Usually after I return something or cancel a reservation, it's credited automatically to my card. I called DCL last Thursday and a CM named Rob told me that it's "in process". I can no longer look up that reservation on DCL's site so I know that they cancelled my reservation but what's with the hold up with my funds?
I'm not in danger of going over my limit and I'm not worried about finance charges (I pay my balance off every month) but I don't like have $1000 in charges on my balance when I've already cancelled the reservation.
