I live in the Fort Worth area, it has been unseasonably hot here. I started thinking about fall in early April! It's my favorite season. I will have to make a trip up to New England in Oct. to get my fix!!

I'm so ready for cooler temps - we never had a spring here...it went right from cold to flippin' hot - 95 or so for tomorrow again....

On a brighter note for me- in the dead of summer here in Baltimore- 100 degrees and 100% humidity- we are doing an Alaskan cruise for a week then Seattle for a week- our first time to either place- looking foward to beating the heat.

Yep!! Even North Carolina is too cold for me! The short little winter we have here is too much. I can't wait to be further south and say good-bye to cold FOREVER!!!!

I hear ya'! I am sooo looking forward to a temperature that is so warm that we need to drag out the air conditioner. Living on the dreary coast does not help much during this recent weather.

Me too! I hate the cold weather and would gladly live somewhere that stayed hot year round even if means I have to deal with the humidity.

Our Disney trip this year is in October and I feel like I'm wishing away my warm summer looking forward to this trip.

Barrow, Alaska, eh? Want a roomie?? Lol. I'd go in a heartbeat. As ridiculously hot as it normally is here anyway, we have had record heat the past couple of months. (I think my two most hated words together in the whole English language are "record heat.") I am *miserable*, and it's not even "officially" summer yet. Let's see, it was 95 yesterday with a heat index of 101... could someone please show Mother Nature a calendar?

Ah well... only 6 more months of summer, LOL.

I start hating hot weather and wishing for fall once the snow starts to melt. Let's run over the checklist -fair skin, allergic to most sunscreens, has problems sweating & shedding heat, and pretty much uncomfortable once the temps start topping 65 for the high.

I do find it comical when people who live in the south complain about the hot weather. It would be like the people up here complaining about snow. Er, you live in Pennsylvania, you are going to see snow, and much more than the 5 inches you complain about.

What I don't like is the fact that it is now June, of which we had 90+ heat already before June hit!

I don't mind 90+ heat in August, that is when it is suppose to be 90+. Not before June. It did get rid of the winter blues and the non-stop spring rain blues though. I can handle a lot of snow (mild this past winter), I'm in Pennsylvania, but the amount of cold temps were unusual for us.

I'll take the cold over hot weather any day. All I want is 2 months of the max 85 degrees with low humidity. Come Labor day summer should be over and be no more then 70 degrees.

That would be San Diego, CA. Actually I think their average temperature is 71, but friends who live there always say it's sunny and 75 every day.
