How long does checkin take-- at 7am

We are staying offsite until our disney stay starts. We have a 8am reservation for breakfast at HS.

Plan was to get to POP at 7am checkin (ensure magic bands/spending account all are set up) then drive back to the Seaworld pick up the fam and have my parents drive/drop us off at HS

Can we make it by 8?? Or should the fam come with me then have my parents drop us off at HS straight from POP century?

I wouldn't chance it. It's about 15 minutes from Pop to Seaworld and traffic will bump that number up so there's, at the minimum, 30 minutes already gone from that 1-hour window. For an 8a ADR you'll want to be at the DHS turnstiles no later than 7:50a.

I think the other way is too close to the time. I will be nervous and stress.

You can check in as early as 6am at Pop, so you could go earlier if you want to stick with your original plan.

Either way, no way to know how long check-in will take. That time of morning will likely see more people checking out than checking in, but I doubt it would be busy. Online check-in will help speed up the process. Also, keep an eye on your email for the invitation to the streamline check-in they have been testing. If you don't have the dining plan, you can bypass going to Pop all together and go straight to DHS.
