I plan for 90 minutes in case we don't get seated right away, but in reality it's been closer to an hour. I'd probably schedule it to start at the 90 minute mark from the time of my reservation so I didn't feel rushed.
Mostly depends on if you plan on waiting on all the characters to visit your table. If you want to see them all, plan for 60-90 minutes from the time you're seated. If seeing the characters isn't important to you, you can be out in 30-45 minutes after being seated.
We're two adults who usually don't meet the characters and eat relatively quickly, and TH breakfast always takes us an hour. We find service to be somewhat slow, bringing drinks and then the check. At that time of morning, everyone is coming in around the same time so the servers seem to be juggling a lot.
