How long does a round of golf take at Disney courses?

I am trying to book some tee times for my husband. I am planning mid afternoon park arrivals both days, thinking if he starts between 7-7:30 am he will be done by 1 pm? How long will 18 holes take at Palm, Magnolia, and LBV? He really wants to play Magnolia. He will have a friend and we are going first week of April. I am hoping they will meet us after their round at AK for a 2-3 pm FP+--is that unreasonable?
TIA!

The courses are very well-run. They keep players moving. It will be 4- 4 1/2 hrs. Early afternoon should be no problem. If he doesn't mind, he'll be done even sooner if he takes the first tee time - no one in front to slow him down

I'm wondering this same thing, only for Oak Trail. Would we expect about 2 hours? It's on our last day, so we'll need to get back to the resort for ME by a certain time.

Shouldn't be any different than any other golf course. Full 18-hole rounds take roughly 4.5 hours, 9 holes half that.

Very weather dependent and tee time dependent. Earlier is always better, like any resort course. As mesaboy2 says, 4 1/2 should be the norm - the marshall's do try to keep the pace. If there's been a lot of rain and it's all 90 degree rule, I've been at 5 1/2 for Magnolia - not unlike any other resort course.

Sounds very reasonable. We do a version of this almost every day when we go to WDW. DH has a tee time between 7:00 and 7:30, then we plan to meet for lunch or meet in a park. As was said before, the course marshals keep play moving, so 4-4 1/2 hours is pretty accurate. If we make an ADR for lunch around 1:15-1:30, that usually gives DH time to poke around (and maybe buy a shirt) in the pro shop.
