How fast can you run?

Since you are going well after the June 11 opening, there should be feedback on the forums to review. The last Sunday will be June 24, and the AP holders will be there in force. I suspect the lines at the gates 30 minutes before DL opens will be much longer than normal, and that is what will be the determining factor on how long the Nemo lines will be. I suspect the Nemo line could be 30 minutes long on that Sunday.

You might think about taking the monorail in, that way you'd arrive in the park right next to the Nemo ride.

Board the monorail in Downtown Disney. This will take you right to Tomorrowland. Ask to be seated in front with the driver. My kids loved it!

I heard from a cast member that they are expecting a three hour wait for the Nemo ride. That's enough motivation to get there early!

Go to the west end of Downtown Disney. Before you go up the escalator or stairs to board, you will have to show your ticket to the cast member. Its just like going through the main gate. Good luck!

Is the resort end of the monorail reserved for resort guests only the first hour ? I think that used to be a policy.......

Has anybody heard why Disney opted NOT to put in Fastpass for Nemo????

a) Low capacity means less FPs distributed = FPs running out by mid-morning or FP return time windows 5+ hours away.

b) Would increase the already long stand-by line if they stop it to allow people to enter it later down the line

c) After what happened with Winnie-the-Pooh, Disney probably doesn't want a repeat. As an overview, FP machines were built for MAoWtP when it opened. They used the macines for a few months and then removed them because the lines were not long enough to warrant it. Waits now are never really long, like predicted.

Yes, but if you are coming from a good neighbor hotel, I don't think I would. It would just be better to show up 30-45 minutes early at the front gates and hoof it over to FNSV. To get to the monorail station, you have to walk past the front gates and walk all the way through DTD. Plus the Monorail goes around in a few circles inside the park (around Autopia/Matterhorn) before actually reaching the Tomorrowland station.
