How long do you think it would take you to plan a Disney World vacation?

I am sorry I haven't been around much lately. Grace was sick again. She had tonsilitis again. I was also busy finishing up my sewing projects. I made her four outfits in all. I love the last one. Disney Tiger you are going to want one of those too. It doesn't look good on the hanger so I will wait to post a picture of it when she has it on at Disney World in a few days
I bought me some tinkerbell pjs at wal mart the other day. I love them. Brennan still has no idea. I hope we can keep it a secret until Friday. We showed Grace The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh on youtube and she loves it. She keeps pointing to the computer and saying pooh. She woke me up at 3am to watch pooh the other night She is really starting to talk. It is so funny. The other day Courtney kinda spanked Grace on the leg (not hard enough to pop a bubble) Grace said "Not nice sissy! Go!" It was so funny. She rules the roost around here. I must have fallen on my head the things she gets away with. I was so strict on my oldre two and she gets away with murder. The othe day she had me out in the back yard pushing her in her swing in my pjs feeding her a popsicle and it was cold outside. I don't know how she talks me into getting her way but she does.
I cleaned the three bathrooms and my bedroom today. Tomorrow I am going to clean the kitchen and the foyer and living room and dinning room and balcony. I have to mop the wood floors. It takes me two day splitting up cleaning the house. I just want to leave with a clean house. I am not going to pack until Friday morning when Brennan leaves for school. It won't take me long. I have one meal cooked and in the freezer. I cooked a pork roast. I am going to make chicken stew and round steak and gravy for the other two meals to freeze and take with us. I had the olil changed in my car and the tires rotated. I have a haircut appt. wed.

I am going to take Grace to get her ears pierced Wedensday too. She keeps asking for ling lings and pointing to her ears. When I ask her if she wants earrings she shakes her head yes. I hope I didn't bore you to tears with my rambling. Goodnight.

Grace is coughing right now. I am going to call the doctor in the morning.

I sure hope Grace is feeling better!!! Wouldn't it be the best gift if you hired someone to come clean your house while you were on vacation!? That would make it a little easier leaving Disney!

Awww, it sounds like you have a touch of Pre Trip Overwhelmeditis! I had a BAD case of it last week before I came down here.

It's too bad we can't meet up, but I understand. I'll be back down here again someday. Don't know when yet...maybe in 2 months, maybe 4, maybe a year. Who knows.

If I don't touch base with you again before your trip, have a GREAT time! I can't wait to hear all about it!

I am sorry I couldn't go meet you in Baton Rouge. I do hope you are having a good time here in Louisiana.

I sure hope Grace is feeling better!!! Wouldn't it be the best gift if you hired someone to come clean your house while you were on vacation!? That would make it a little easier leaving Disney!

I had a lady to clean my house but she recently had a diagnosis of breast cancer. She is still recovering. I have been able to get my work done myself again. We hired her when Grace was little because she was a crybaby. I had to hold her alot and I couldn't keep the house up. I can do it now but I agree it would be nice to have someone come in and do it for me while I am gone.

It might be a little warmer but looking at the 10 day forcast it looks like it will start to get into the eighties the day after we leave.

I just had my cup of Community coffee a few minutes ago and now I am ready for my second cup. The ear piercing didn't go. I will explain in my next post.

Pre trip update

Grace didn't get her ears pierced yesterday. Instead we had to take her to the doctor. Grace has junk in her lungs again. She was in the hospital for a few day before Christmas with pneumonia. The doctor didn't order x-rays yesterday he said it could be pneumonia but he thinks it is bronchitis. He said we can still go on our trip if we bring the nebulizer with us. He prescribed some more antibiotics. She just finished up a ten day prescription Sunday and now we have to start over with a new one. The good news is her tonsils are better. He also gave us a prescription for steroids. I also have to give her three breathing treatments of Albuterol a day. I will have to take the nebulizer in the park with up. I guess I could take her to the first aid station to plug it in and give her a treatment.

I have so much to do today. I am praying that Grace doesn't get worse. She doesn't have fever, she is eating and drinking normally and playing. You would never know she is sick. The only clue I had was her cough. She doesn't cough often but when she does it is like no cough I have ever heard. It sounds like she is drowning. She turns red and blue when it starts. The cough was alot better last night. She has already had two doses of steroids and I am fixing to give her a third. I think it is helping because she only coughed one time during the night. If she gets sicker we will have to cancel our trip. Please pray for her.

We went to Walmart last night and I got 4 things of Community Coffee to take back to NYC with me.

I hope Grace is feeling better. Last winter DD and DS had RSV and ear infections for 6 weeks. They were on the nebulizer too. Our trip was 2 1/2 weeks after they were sick and I brought the nebulizer with me, just in case. I was told that I could bring it to the first aid station if I needed to use it or the baby care center as well.

I have had a crazy day. Grace has been so hyper and she threw up two times today. She coughed until she threw up. She is alot better now. The breathing treatments make her crazy. She didn't even take a nap.

I don't know if you remember that I told you I ordered three custom disney dresses from ebay for Grace. Well they were supposed to be in last week. The seller has given me the run around and I am not getting them. It is a very long story so I won't bore you with it . I am sooooooooooooo mad at that lady. I had all her outfits planned out now I am in a bind. One lady who lives in Orlando (she is on the disboutiquers thread) offered to make Grace a minnie dot pillowcase dress and bring it to me at POR. How sweet is that. I can't believe how nice some people are on these boards. It really is like a big family. I am still doing laundry. I don't think I will get to post again before we leave so I wanted to say bye bye. Thank you all for helping me pass the time until my vacation. I will tell you all about it when we come home. Brennan still doesn't know. I am sad to leave Courtney behind.

I have some news about Courtney. I am so proud of her. She got a forty cents per hour raise at work this week. She got her scores from her ACT yesterday and she made a 24 taking it the first time. She also was in a technology challenge yesterday at school. You had to be invited to be in it by the school. They won second place in state. She is going to get a schollarship because of it. How cool is that?
