How Long Do You Spend With Characters?

I think people aren't quite aware of time. There is NO WAY anyone is getting 3-5 minutes per character. If each person met that long, wait times would be 30 minutes if only 6 people were in line. That 90 seconds max sound correct.

You're very right! It always feels longer to me than it actually is. DH took a video of DD and DS meeting Sophia and the whole interaction was 46 seconds long. It would have been shorter except DD started to walk away before pictures were taken. It definitely felt longer to me!

One minute? Hug, two autograph things to sign, and quick picture. Very quick.

Long enough for DS to get autograph and take a picture. The only times it is longer is when the characters initiate with him or me and direct for more pictures. It happens but on average we try to move along quickly for the others waiting.

Usually 90 seconds or so, as PP have said. One time, though, we saw Tinkerbell at the Town Square theater when there happened to be very few people in line, and she liked then 3-year-old DD's light-up shoes. She spent a good 10 minutes chatting with DD, even going through her autograph book with her and talking about all of the other characters she had met. DD was in heaven, and still talks about it 2-years later. It was magical

I have never really thought about it. I guess 1 to 2 minutes tops. Now when I met Jack and Sally at MNSSHP they were great. It felt like I was with them for at least 5 minutes. I had a Mickey shirt on and Jack started talking to me about a recipe for rodent stew. LOL.

I do know that I wish I could spend the day without Eeyore and Pooh. They are my favorite. In all my trips it seems, for me anyway, those two have always been more interactive to me. But I digress..
