Me? Between 7 and 8 hours every night. I generally go up to bed at 11PM.
I’m with you. I love to get sleep - usually head into bed between 8:30 & 9. I read a book or news for a bit- but then it’s lights out. 10 is the latest during the week. I’m up around 5/5:30 unless a person or pet wakes me earlier.I always feel like the biggest slacker when this question is asked but I usually get 9 hours. I wake up during that time and sometimes lay thinking for 20-30 minutes but I do fall back asleep. Usually in bed at 9:00 and up at 5:30 on weekdays and weekends more like 11:00 to 8:00. Because I do wake up for at least one bathroom break and then again by the dog a couple of times I know the actual hours are more like 8.
I don't feel sharp and energetic without a lot of sleep and hate just trudging through the day tired. I make it a priority.
My record is 16 hours! That was after a lot of jet lag, but still, how I managed it is a mystery to me!
