How long do Weight Watchers meetings take?

it depends....my DIL goes to one and it can take up to that one hour
but usually it is 45 minutes
she sometimes just goes in to get weighed and get the new brochures

The ones I've been to are 30 minutes, I've gone to local meetings and meetings at work. You do need to arrive a little early to weigh-in before the meeting starts. The at work meeting I am going to now is 12:15-12:45, weigh-in starts at noon.

Mine is 30 minutes exactly - she is good to get us in and out, but it's over the lunch hour so that may make a difference. I try to show up early for weigh-in but sometimes get stuck getting out of the office and it only takes 2 minutes. I just sneak into the back of the meeting.

Usually they schedule half an hour to weigh everyone (in case you're worried, it's not announced...once you're weighed you go into the meeting area and those still waiting are just in line chatting), then half an hour for the meeting. If you go *right* at the end of the first half hour, you can get weighed and go right into the meeting, so 35 minutes. And like someone mentioned, you can just weigh and go home...but the meetings were always beneficial for me, and still very beneficial for hubby.

The meeting itself is 30 minutes but you should arrive earlier in order to weigh in. I always get there as soon as the doors open, other are there as well and the conversation is always motivating. I think I get as much from the informal "meeting" before the meeting. In any case, you can determine the length of time you devote to each meeting.
