Just wondering how long it takes to get your seats, food, and eat at TS restuarnts, we will be there in a couple weeks and just wondering how long we should expect certain meals to last for example we are eating at Ohana, Coral Reef, Mama Melrose, CRT, Narcossee's, Cape May Breakfast. Do some meals take longer than others??? Thanks for your help. Oh and we are using Disney transportation how muich time should we leave ahead a time to get here and there? If you get there before your ARD time do they some times sit you early???

We were there last week and did Cape May breakfast, DH and I were outta there in 30 minutes.

We also did Ohana and that was over an 90 minutes PLUS the 30 minutes we waited after our ADR time. It was sooo worth it though.

Most buffets we are good for 30 to 45 minutes and regular TS places 45 to 60 minutes.

I agree with the last poster. Sometimes the wait for your seat can take a while! We have waited @ LTT for a table for 45minutes(with an ADR), and the meal only took about 30minutes! But on the average I would say that it usually takes our family of five 45minutes to an hour to eat.

It depends on how quickly to you eat...how much you talk, etc. I would estimate an hour to an hour an a half to be safe. At buffets and family style meals, it will take less time than TS meals where you order...probably about 30-45 min. for those.

As for Disney transporation, it really depends on what two points you are talking about. Generally, I would give myself a 30 hour to 45 min to get to theme park resturants. As for resort resturants, they can take longer depending on if and where you have to switch modes of transporation.

A TS meal at WDW takes about as long as it does in the real world. You can make it go quickly (45 - 60 minutes) or you can linger and make it go longer (90 - 120 minutes). The nicer the restaurant, the longer it will take.

You do sometimes get seated early if you arrive at your ADR early. It just depends on how busy the restaurant is. We were recently at WDW over Easter break and we did TS dinner every night (9 nights). We arrived at the restaurant anywhere from 5 - 20 minutes prior to our ADR time. Despite the large crowds at WDW during this time, we never had to wait past the ADR time to be seated and, on at least three occasions, we were seated 5 - 10 minutes prior to the ADR time.
