How long do they hold a reservation?

If you have a reservation and are late, but DO show, will they charge you the $10pp fee?

I ask bc we have had such bad luck with dining reservations at resorts unless we take an Uber- needing to first take a bus to a park, then a bus to the resort is so unpredictable with timing! It's easier if you can take monorail/skyliner, but for our reservation next week I'd need to do the bus thing and I'm REALLY trying to avoid paying Uber/Lyft as often as I did last time.

Obviously the goal is to be on time, and I know they say 15 minutes, but if you show say 45 minutes late, do you get the fee?

We've shown up 30 minutes late before with no problems. Never charged a no show fee either. Couldn't say about 45 minutes though.

No show fees are ultimately up to the manager at the end of the night, from what I understand. At the end of the night, a human goes through the reservations kept and reservations missed and decides whether to apply the fee.
And I would say it probably depends on the restaurant as to whether they will seat you that late. I just budget the ubers in when it's resort dining.

You booked a table, not To be seated at a certain time.
Restaurants seat guest as they arrive at their time. If a party is late, they just keep seating the next party till you arrive.

You will be fine since you are GOING/ARRIVING just late.
