How Long Do I Wait

I signed up for the NASCAR offer on 1/28 and have not been credited yet - it'll be 2 weeks tomorrow. I know it went through as I got a 'Welcome' letter from the Club in the mail yesterday. This is the first 'bigger' offer I've done so I don't know how long it normally takes to credit.

I'd do a trouble ticket. Generally a week is the max for a credit to come through unless it is a shopping credit.

I also did the NASCAR offer on Jan 28 and have not received credit. I also received the package in the mail yesterday. I was planning on doing a trouble ticket tomorrow.
