How long did you wait for Wishes at CG?

If you've eaten at CG for Wishes (or tried to) before, what time was your ADR for and what time were you seated?

Just curious about this because someone had noted on another thread that they waited an hour and a half past their ADR time and Wishes was over before they were seated. :scared1: We were hoping to see Wishes from there, but now I'm thinking we should switch to an earlier time.

1) MANY, MANY people make ressies to see wishes.
2) They make them early so they are assured of a table.
3) Then they hang arond long enought to see the fireworks.
4) This FREQUENTLY backs up other ADR's more than a hour.
5) As you have heard, some can actually miss the fireworks.

On a more positive note - in April we had our ADR for 8pm when Wishes was at 9 - we checked in at 7.30 and had a drink outside, and were seated at 8.10, which was perfect for viewing Wishes :)

Normally we make our ressies for 1 hour prior to the fireworks. If I can't get that then I try for right at the fireworks time. Actually I don't want to be seated to watch the fireworks. CG has a great room in the back called the "wine room". If you watch the fireworks while waiting to be seated, then you can enjoy your meal in a quaint back room. It's quite romantic and has been my anniversary evening for the past few years.
