How long did you stay @ Disney for your wedding & honeymoon?

I am just currious how long everyone stays at Disney for their Wedding & Honeymoon? We are thinking two weeks.

How many days before the wedding did you arrive @ disney?

we stayed for 14 nights and then went to mexico for 7 nights. being from the uk 14 nights is better for us as its a long way to go

We arrived on a Friday and had the wedding on a Monday. Then we had 12 more days just for the honeymoon. It was amazing! I figured when else in our lives could I legitimately take 2 weeks off work and have my bosses shooing me out the door with well-wishes!

We were at Disney for 10 days and then took a 4 day Disney Cruise, then stayed a couple of more days after the cruise to hit up the parks one more time!

We stayed for 9 nights...originally it was 8 but we were having so much fun we added an extra night lol.

We arrived on a monday,got married on a wednesday family left friday so Tim and I had some time to ourselves...Next May we are going 9 nights for our anniversary with nobody coming. Just us! We can't wait.

We'll be honeymooning there for 8 days/7 nights - 2 of those days will be spent doing other Orlando, non-disney things

I will be there 13 days. January 31st-February 12th. I am getting married on Feb. 2nd.

We arrived 1 day before the wedding (we should have done at least 2-3 days before) and then honeymooned for 16 more nights so we spent 17 nights total there. It was so wonderful.

The only problem is that you are spoiled for all future trips if you can't go that long again.

We are booked to arrive on monday - wedding is wednesday and checking out the next friday!

we are always here so its bit different for us...but we checked into the GF the day before the wedding and checked out two days after to go on our honeymoon...so four days at a disney hotel

Disney: 7days Dec 4-10
We are going up Thurday, getting married Friday, Saturday is day at MK with the family, Sun Mon Tues Wed is just us.

I am off from work though Dec 3-12. We would have loooved ot be in Disney the whole time but we can't afford it

We landed on the Thursday and our wedding was the following Wednesday. We left for home the following Thursday. My family stayed for the same amount of time!

We are going back in May as we feel we didn't do any Disney whilst we were there. My disney hating brother went on more rides than us! And the best bit of going back it may it will just be the two of us

I stayed for the month nearly ~ from July 31st to August 25th. It was amazing. Disney wedding, Disneymoon and Disney Cruise!

We are staying 9 days onsite and 4 days offsite.

We're flying in on a Wednesday morning with the wedding and festivities on Friday. Then we're flying to our honeymoon (non-Disney...timeshare=free ) on Sunday after our MK shoot and we'll be on our honeymoon till the following Sunday. All together 12 days but in Disney for 5 days.

I was in florida for 9 days. I met DH in Orlando on thursday, got married sat & then left tuesday.

We live 3 hours from WDW and will be there 4 times this year, so we won't be there long on our honeymoon. Plus, DH is in construction and doesn't get set days off. He is taking 2 weeks this year (one unpaid) and one next September, then three days for the wedding in May. I don't work so he can't afford to take lots of time off.

We arrive on Thursday, the wedding is Friday morning, and we check out on Tuesday.

If we were your "average" engaged couple - both working, no kids - then I'm positive we'd stay longer.

Oh my gosh when I first read this I thought you meant you actually first MET your husband on thursday and were married by Saturday!!...I thought - wow, she didn't waste any time, she only knew him for 2 days....
