How long did you keep it a surprise?

Hey all-

I'm hoping to get some ideas on how to plan a "surprise" trip-

How far did you get until the kids figured it out? How did you distract them? how did they figure it out?

My goal is to keep it secret until we hit the contemporary for chef mickey's- we are staying at fort wilderness. Anyone able to keep it that long?
