I'm just trying to figure out the time line for the wedding day. Our ceremony is not till 5pm and am trying to decide what time I should start getting ready at. How long did it take everyone,or if your a Bride to Be, how long are you planning on spending?

Are you doing your own hair and make-up?

It depends on how many people are in your party and what you are doing. Are you getting hair and makeup? I had two bridesmaids and I think it took about 2.5 hours to get ready.

Our wedding is at 5pm but I want to be ready by 4pm so Beaute Speciale said they will arrive at 2pm. Sounds about right, when I really go all out on my hair and make-up I take about 1 1/2 hours (I have a lot of thick hair).

There are four of us. For our noon wedding, our hair & makeup is starting at 8am.

For me and three bridesmaids we're starting at 11:30 am and for pictures beginning at 2:30 pm, our ceremony is at 5 pm.

Hair and make up are showing up at 3:00 a.m. so I can be ready by 4:30 to get into my dress and be downstairs for our MK shoot at 5:00 a.m. The rest of my bridal party (my mom, sister, and bridesmaid) are starting to get ready at 5:30 and finishing at 8:30. We start our pics at 9:30 but the limo is picking us up at 9:00. HTH

There were 4 of us that had hair and make up and it took 3 hours. We were all showered and ready for when Beaute Speciale arrived at 10am we had two people from Beaute Special. We did not have very complicated hair or updo's, I sent pictures of us all and comments on what each person needed. We were all ready by 1pm. I would contact your hair/make up person and ask for their advice - tell them what time you need to be ready for the photographer and what you think you and your wedding party will need as far as hair and they can help you work out what time to start.

I'm wondering the same thing! Our ceremony is at noon and I've got myself, five bridesmaids, my mom, and my sister's best friend who is doing a reading for us. I feel like it's going to be a really early morning. Does Patricia LeJeune bring extra people if you have a lot of girls getting hair and makeup done?

If you book your make up artist, they can tell you when they will want to arrive depending on the amount of girls getting ready and when the photographer arrives.

We had 4 girls getting makeup/hair and our ceremony was at 2:30 pm. Ana from Beaute Special said they needed to be there by 9:30 am because my photographer was coming at 12:30 pm. That gave us 3 hours which was the perfect amount of time for 4 girls.

How many girls does Beaute Special typically send. We have 9 girls getting their hair done and 1 make up and they are coming 3 hours early... I'm a little nervous now reading that it took this long for 4 girls.

With a 5pm ceremony chances are the guys will have to be ready by 3pm for pictures and the girls by 4pm

It depends where you are doing things too. We were getting ready at GF for a ceremony at WP.

We had 2 bridesmaids for hair and my mom and i for hair and makeup and the stylists came to our room at 12noon, which gave us a little time to relax before getting ready.

Your wedding planner will tell you exactly what time you need to be ready.
