How long did it take to get your MB?

I received an email on 2/20 that our magic bands had shipped and we still have not received them. Should I be concerned? Thanks!

Your email should have a tracking link. Have you tried tracking them to see where they are?

Yes and it only has the original date with "Electronic Shipping Info Received". Nothing has changed since the 20th! It's making me worry a bit....

I got the email ours shipped last Friday 2/21 and they came in the mail on Monday.

Got my email on the same day, my tracking info shows the same. I called last night, just to check, and the CM said that since they've gone to USPS, it's a little slower and they will probably just show up in a day or two (which I know can be true from Amazon shopping). She told me if I don't have them about 10 days out, to call back and they'll reship.

Hmm.... not going to lie... I'd be a bit concerned as well.
You may want to try to contact Disney if it doesn't update by Friday.

As for personal experience, my most recent bands were shipped last Tuesday, February 18, via USPS. I received them Friday, February 21.

If the tracking info only says electronic info received means that it hasn't even been scanned at pickup, I would contact Disney as well

When I worked CS at amazon tracking oddities were a project of mine. I saw so many cases of it going from "electronic info received" to "delivered"...with USPS (I was there just as they started tracking) and UPS. Sometimes it means something bad bad bad, and sometimes it just means it kept getting missed.

MagicBand fulfillment and shipping should take about 10 days. However, it could be a few days more or less depending on factors such as holidays, weekends and inclement weather.

They aren't sending them overnight anymore, they are sending them via USPS. Mine took forever to show up and the day they updated it it was at my door.

I wouldn't worry at all. USPS is not the logistical enterprise that FED EX/UPS are, and they are shipping the Magic Bands via Parcel Post (which is not a point by point tracked system like express or priority). You simply don't get the same level of tracking detail with USPS that you are used to with UPS and FED EX (arrival scan and departure scan for all points of the journey).

Mine went from Electronic Info Received straight to 'out for delivery' 4 days later in the DFW area, so in other words, it sat at the info received stage for 4 days while indeed it was in transit.

If I remember correctly, they are shipped from an east coast location(KY or TN if I remember correctly), so your being in CA will add a few days transit as well.

You're correct about the East Coast Origination, I believe our first set (UPS next day delivery back in October) came from around Nashville or Memphis and the shipper had an odd name, so when it arrived I had no idea who it was. This set, shipped USPS had the Disney Destinations return address.I know ours hit Atlanta and were at my door the next day (we're 90 miles south of ATL)

The one I just got via USPS was shipped from the Jacksonville, FL area.
