I reserved asmo 3/6. received confirmation 3/10. Changed to AKL 3/11. added second room 3/12. added third room 3/13. Changed AKL rate 3/16. recived second room comfirmation (original rate) and asmo cancellation. received first room comfirmation of new rate 3/21. recieved first room comfirmation of original akl rate 3/22.
problems
- have hear nothing at all about room 3
- most recent mailing has an old rate on it even though i already got one with the new rate
- no update recieved for room 2.

oh well we cant give you the other two rooms at the new rate since they are separate ressies. that's not what they said to begin with. well sorry we cant. well what can we do. let me check with supervisor. long hold. she comes back and says she has them all on the new rate. I double checked the mailing address for the third room and she said I would get new letters for all three rooms. I figure I need to call back again to be sure.
