How Long did it take for you to get your Confirmation Letter?

I was just wondering how long it took for everyone to get their confirmation letters after they booked their Disney World Vacation? We booked ours two weeks ago and still have not received anything via mail. I called and they said everything is fine, and our bank account did go down by our deposit amounts, but when I checked online under My Vacations on the Disney Vacation website it is only registering the last half of our trip. We are resort hopping and the CB reservation is not registering even when I enter our confirmation number. Has anyone else had this problem? This is our honeymoon so I'm beginning to get worried that something went wrong with it. Thanks so much in advance!

we got our letter about a week later. I would call and request a confirmation letter be resent. I have heard that some people have had problems and the last thing you want is to try and sort them out when you arrive.

I got a confirmation letter in about 4 days. The website reservation function is a bit quirky. I hope you call again and have them send you a confirmation. You don't want to take chances with such a special occasion as your honeymoon.

It usually only takes a week, I just got mine today from a reservation I made last Tuesday. I would call and ask them to send it again

Hi!

I received my conformation letter in about 4-5 days. When I booked my AP Ressie the CM mentioned that the balance is due on arrival - On the conformation letter is says it's due a month before. Also, if I go to the DisneyWorld website and check my conformation - It says I have a $0 balance...wouldn't that be nice!

FINALLY received mine yesterday! All 4 in fact! I made the ressies on 3/11 & 3/14. They all came at the same time...

Come to think about it, I haven't gotton a confirmation letter either. I gave them my credit card information last week. If I don't get it in the next couple of days I'm going to call to double check everything! I would hate to get down there in June with a party of five and find out our room reservation didn't exist!

My confirmation came in less than a week. The planning DVD I ordered over a month ago still hasn't made it though!

My mom booked her trip a couple of weeks ago and she got her confirmation letter within 5 days.

We are resort hopping as well, and only received confirmation notices for the 1st resort. I called to check on it, and was told that since they had a lot of people calling back and changing reservations when the AP and FL codes came out, the mailing center got slammed and was behind. The nice CM did request that another be sent out "just in case". I would go ahead and call, it's better to be sure.

It seems like it took at least two weeks for the first confirmation to arrive. I then called about 3 more times for some changes and those letters arrived a lot faster - in about a week after each call. I'm sure yours will arrive soon.

Our trip still doesn't show up on the web site without having to type in the confirmation number to bring it up!

I can't get my ressie to show up online even when I type in the confirmation number but it took about a week to get my letter.

Oh my....I booked my resort reservation through Dreams Unlimited over a month ago and haven't received anything in the mail. Am I supposed to? I'm not too worried though since I just received a link to my itinerary they've set up. I suppose I could ask the agent I've been dealing with but she really hasn't been very responsive to my emails. Anyone know if I should have received something in the mail? We leave this coming Monday! Thanks.

we booked a "visit" for the last week of april. The confirmation arrived in 4 days!

It took me one month and 2 phone calls to get our confirmation letter for our upcoming trip. I called 2 weeks after booking when I hadn't received anything and was told there was a "computer glitch" and they would send one out ASAP. Two weeks later I still hadn't gotten it, so I called again and got it within 5 days.

It took me 2 days to receive my cancellation notice for our room only ressie & I still have not received the package confirmation I booked the same day.

I got nervous & called to make sure the package was booked. The CM I spoke to read our ressie over the phone to me & it had included the park hopping option, which I had not requested. I asked him to change it to 3 day basic & it saved me another $140.00 off my already discounted package & brought my total savings to around $300 for a 3 night package at the Poly!

I don't know if I would have noticed it if I had received the confirmation, so I am 1 happy camper!!!

We booked a slipt stay and only part of the reservation shows up online. The correct deposit amount (and total) is there but only a sinlge resort stay is listed. I'm still wait to get the conformation letter as we just booked Tuesday night.

Wow thanks so much for all of hte quick responses! We still haven't received ours yet but I did call and they put in a request for a new one to come. The nice CM I talked to was from Pitssburg though (were in Cleveland) and he said whenever he sends his parents things it takes at least 10 days to reach them, so it would probably be a day or so longer for Cleveland. I'm just excited b/c the reservation he read me in the system is correct thankfully!

The first time I booked onsite I didn't get a letter (Paid over the phone for deposit). The past two times I made ressies I got the letters within a week(Paid for one over the phone and the other with a check). Hope this helps!
