How Long Did It Take 2 Get Stvs Dvd?

Hello Ladies:

How long did it take all of you to get your DVD from STVS???

My wedding was December 16th and I still don't have it.

Should I be concerned?

Has anyone ever had a problem and never go theirs?

Hi there!

My wedding was December 7th and i don't have mine yet either. I am actually going to write to Stan today. Someone mentioned he had broke his arm and was trying to get the DVD's done for 10 weeks. Today makes 11 weeks for me so I am just going to check on the status.

I wouldn't worry, he is probably just behind or giving it extra special attention!!

I rec'vd my DVD exactly at the 10 week mark, just days before the 11th week. He called me the day after my wedding and told me that they were actually trying to speed things up to like within 4 -6 weeks, however, that didn't happen. I didn't actually email him to check on the status until after 8 weeks had past.

Now that I'm thinking about it, he emailed me the video stream to approve at the 10 week mark, and I got the DVD within a week after that.

He will get it to you though, that is guaranteed. Just email him to check on the status.

It took me exactly 10 weeks to get my email regarding my video stream. You must preview this and approve, prior to the mailing of the actual video.

Stan actually called me at my hotel room, the day after my wedding and said that they are really pushing for a faster turn around and that I might get my video within 4- 6 weeks.....this did not happen.

I began to email him at the 8 week mark to confirm that he was going to be working on my editing soon. I got my email link at the 10 week mark, approved it the same day and within a week I rec'vd my dvd's.

Did any of you get the Widescreen or HD version? Any special enhancements?

We ordered the widescreen version but still have not gotten it. We also ordered the fairytale book opening, ending credits, slow motion retrospective, etc. I will share it once it arrives.

Has anyone received their videos from Stan yet? He videotaped our wedding on March 13th and I have not heard back from him since. I called once last week, but never heard back. He was very nice and appeared to do a great job and we are anxious to see the wedding on DVD!
