We went on a 3-day Wonder cruise Dec 13-16, and have yet to receive any information information concerning the Castaway Club. It's been 2 months, shouldn't we have received something by now?

Give a call to the Castaway Club at 1-800-449-3380. When asked to enter your Castaway Member number - hang on the line! Someone will help you.

When I first called to find out what was taking so long, it turned out they had our addresses very, very mixed up. When I called the second time, there still was an error in our address.

It took a total of 3 phone calls to get our cards & pins - we cruised with DCL in Sept. 2000.

My family in Canada has made over 5 phone calls and still have not received their cards & pins (they were on the same cruise in Sept. 2000)! They are disappointed since we're on the March 30th cruise and wanted to have their cards and pins.

Hang in there and call!

Good luck!

There have been some other threads on this topic lately, so we're certainly not alone. Many people are not getting any info on the Club from Disney. We cruised last November. I called the Club (800-449-3380) mid-January to find out what's up, and was given a membership # at that time, which my travel agent used to book a cruise for March.

To date, we still haven't received any pins, newsletters, etc.

Although I have no proof, I personally think that this is a cost-cutting measure on Disney's part. Which is too bad, because it's these little things that make Disney so wonderful.

It would be nice to hear from people who HAVE had a positive response from Disney????!!

This is a sore point with me. We sailed on the Wonder in Aug. 2000 and still have not received our member cards. After many e-mails and phone calls(they had no record of our sailing-didn't that make me feel great) we finally got an application for the club but 4 months later still no cards. I did receive a shipboard credit for my trouble but still not membership card. I've started my e-mail quest again but still no response. Sorry for this long vent.

I cruised in Nov 2001 and still haven't received my member packet. I called in January to get membership numbers to book a May 2002 cruise. I called again last week and was told that they are a little behind in getting those member packets out but that they would be doing a large mail out at the end of February/beginning of March. Sounds like to me they just do the mailouts occasionally and not based on when you cruised.

Well, I guess I shouldn't say nothing. After countless phone calls, I finally received a survey that I returned the very next day. That was June of 2001 and I haven't heard a peep since.
