How long can I spend on my last day?

On out last day at DL, our flight leaves at 6 pm. We are leaving out of LGB...how long would you stay at DL before heading for the airport? I think we are going to find a taxi or shuttle to get to Long Beach and I want to spend as much time at Disneyland as possible

I would give yourself an hour to get to the airport on a weekend & 75 min. during the week.

So, assuming you want to be at the airport at 4:30pm, I'd be stepping into a cab at your DL hotel/motel at 3-3:15pm.

Would it matter what day of the week my last day would be, our flight home also leaves around 6pm. Its a Saturday and we are flying out of Orange County airport. I was hoping to get a cab around 4pm and still make it to the airport on time.

We took a taxi when we were there last month. It was a 30 minute ride on a Sunday afternoon. Remember, if you're planning on taking a shuttle you need to make reservations at least 24 hours ahead of time. We made reservations for the taxi that morning and I think it was $55.00.

We had a 6pm flight out of Long Beach on a Monday in May. We caught the 3:45 shuttle from the park to the candy cane inn. We got right in to our rental car and hit the road. We stopped for gas before getting to the airport. We returned the car, checked in at the airport and were thru security by 5. I would allow more time then that if using a shuttle. Actually most shuttle companies will tell you what time they'll be there to get you because they are more then likely going to be picking up other passengers before dropping off at the airport. A taxi would be a more direct, time saving way to get there.
