How long--Boat to MK to FW??

I have PS for HDDR 5:00 show in July. They ask that you arrive at 4:30. Would I have time to see the parade in MK at 3:00 and then take the boat to FW in time???

Shouldn't be a problem. To be sure, find out which way the parade is running and be toward the beginning. If it starts on Main Street, be along Main Street, preferably near the train station. If it starts in Bear Country, be close to the beginning, and AS SOON as the last float passes, head into Adventureland, around the west side of the hub, and through the stores on the west side of Main Street (behind the Main Street crowds. There is a place at Town Square where you can cross the parade route (CM will let folks through).

From when you board the boat until when you get off the boat at FW it is about 15 minutes. You are dropped off at the Marina which is seconds away from the HDDR, just up the hill.

Basically you want to be on the boat by 4:10pm at the latest, I suggest that you get to the dock by 3:45pm and then go from there. That should give you enough time.

Good Luck, it will be fast-paced, but fun too when you get to where you want to go on time.

They want you early at the HDDR to take pictures. They don't open the doors untill very close to the show time. The seats are already assigned so unless getting that picture is very important to you, you will have a little extra time for the parade. I agree you need to be very close to the end of the route. The boat ride over to the FW is so nice. It takes about 15 minutes and we wished it had taken longer. We also so enjoyed the show and dinner. Have fun!!

Just wanted to agree there is no need to sweat getting there by 4:30. It is just for the sake of a picture and I'm sure they'll be happy to take it at 4:45 as well! So you should definetly have time to see the parade and then head to the boat dock for FW. The boat ride is awesome! Enjoy the parade and show!!!
